For files over 100mb, please use our FTP site with the following instructions:
PC Users:
1) Open "My Computer" or Windows Explorer
2) In the address bar type: ftp.groupimaging.com
3) When prompted for login information enter:
Username: customer
Password: upload
4) Create a folder with your company's name on the FTP server.
5) Drag the files you wish to upload into the folder you just created.
Mac Users:
1) If you don't already have one, you will need to download and install a FREE FTP client such as Classic FTP (click here download)
2) Create a new connection and enter the following info:
Host: ftp.groupimaging.com
Username: customer
Password: upload
3)
Create a folder with your company's name on the FTP server (typically this is the window on the right side of the FTP client).
4) Navigate to the files you wish to transfer on your local computer (typically this is the window on the left side of the FTP client) and drag them over to the folder you created on the FTP server.
