| Banner with Hem & Grommet |
Create and send file at Full Product Size + .25” bleed on all sides.
Example: Create a 5’ x 2’ banner at 60.5” x 24.5”.
Exception: Create and send banner files with short side of 6’ or 10’ at 70.5” and 118” respectively in order to allow files to be printed as one piece.
Note: We do not recommend the use of borders on hemmed banners. If you chose in include a border in your artwork it needs to be at least 2” wide. |

Create and send file at Full Product Size + .25” bleed on all sides.

Create and send file at Full Product Size.
Example: Create a 5’ x 2’ banner at 60” x 24”.
Note: If you require poles for hanging make a note in the comments section of the order form or tell your account representative. There is an additional fee involved. |
| Vertical Fold Up Displays |
Create and send file at Full Product Size. Be sure to keep the top and bottom 3" of your artwork clear of important images and copy as it may be stitched through.
Example: Create a 3’ x 7’ banner at 36” x 84”. |
| Horizontal Fold Up Displays |
Create and send file at Full Product Size.
Example: Create a 8’ x 5’ banner at 96” x 60”. |
| Roll Up Displays |
Create and send file at Full Product Size. Be sure to keep the top 3" of your artwork clear of important images and copy as it may be stitched through.
Example: Create a 3’ x 7’ banner at 36” x 84”. |
| Outdoor Displays |
Create and send file at Full Product Size + .5” bleed at bottom.
Example: Create a 3’ x 4’ banner at 36” x 48.5”.
Note: For double-sided displays used as directional signs: send two files with arrows pointing opposite directions. |
| Multi-Panel Fold Up Displays |
Create and send file at Full Product Size. DO NOT send separate files for each panel.
Example: Create and send 9’ x 8’ 3-panel art at 108” x 96”.
Note: Finished panels will line up with adjacent panels as closely as possible. Large design elements can cross between panels but we do not recommend the use of small text in areas that cross between panels. |
| Multi-Panel Roll Up Displays |
Create and send file at Full Product Size – 2” per join. DO NOT send separate files for each panel.
Example: 9’ x 8’ (3-panels with 2 connection) art at 104” x 96”. (Creating at smaller size allows for 2” overlap at each connection.)
Note: Finished panels will overlap to line up with adjacent panels as closely as possible. Large design elements can cross between panels but we do not recommend the use of small text in areas that cross between panels. |

Create and send file at 24” x 36”.
Note: For directional signs: send two files with arrows pointing opposite directions. |
| 3-Sided Tower Displays |
Create and send files for each panel according to Vertical Fold Up Stand Specifications.
Example: Create a 3’ x 7’ banner at 36” x 84”.
Note: Make a note in the comments section of the order form or tell your account representative how many of each file you’d like to use in your tower. |

Example: Create a 4” x 6” postcard at 4.25” x 6.25”
8.5 x 5.5, 8.5x11 and 11x17 flyers ordered and sent without bleed will have a white border.
